Pimpama is located between Brisbane (40 minutes) and the Gold Coast (20 minutes) on the M1.

If you look at the Aerial map you will see The Meadows is next to Pimpama Junction which is a brand new Woolworths Shopping Centre which has about 20 specialty shops as well as a Medical and Dental Centre. Across the road from here they are currently building a McDonalds Restaurant. Within the estate there is a brand new Primary School and a brand new High School.

You will also notice that the Meadows is directly across the road from Gainsborough Green 18 hole golf course and within 5 minutes to Dream World as well as Coomera Marina which is one of the largest Marina’s in Australia.

Also you will see it is very close to the proposed Westfield Coomera Town Centre Site and Sunshine Tafe as well as Coomera Train station. The Westfields site has been cleared and construction will commence this year, coinciding with this is the upgrade to exit 54 from the M1 which is well underway.
